Make some adjustment to the design, created the stand and assembled.
The results
TV is connected to HAL (Raspberry Pi) by composite video cable. HAL is running fbi (FrameBuffer Image) viewing.
Images are 616 px High x 380 px Wide rotated 90 degrees Counter-Clockwise.
