This is a pretty good drink, but is way to sweet for me to drink to many of them at a time.  They certainly do pack a high calorie count, so maybe not drinking to many of them is a good idea.    Common Recipe:  There are a lot of changes and substitutions made to this recipe, including using coconut milk.  So with many different varieties to this recipe, I will give you one.  Mix 2 oz of light rum with 2 oz of pineapple juice, 1 oz of cream of coconut, ½ a banana, and about ½ a cup of ice.  Grind all of that together in a blender.  Pour into a glass and enjoy.

Not commonly available in supermarkets outside of Australia, you may have to dig a little deeper to unearth this truly delicious rum. Available in three main varieties, I wholeheartedly recommend Bundaberg Silver, which offers a much smoother flavour in comparison to the typical blend on offer in bars. Definitely an acquired taste, once you have had a few glasses of this rich, earthy rum you will have discovered a favourite. Best served in a glass filled to the brim with ice, on top of which you add coke for a lovely golden syrup flavour.
