Meeting begins 7:40pm
Discussions:
Proposal of having a person to keep open hours for the space.
This person would:
- sign up to be at the space for a minimum of 5 hours per week
- update calender and google groups to show available hours
- host members and visitors
- be reimbursed with keyed membership
The volunteer period will be quarterly
The trial volunteer is proposed to be Richard L.
Events:
3 Minute Pumpkin Carving Contest on 10-24 at 7:00pm
